Services offered to migrants under the age of eighteen, or migrant children who have been separated from both parents and other relatives and are not being cared for by the adult who is responsible for doing so (legal guardian). They can be provided with general services that can include, but are not limited to, educational or financial assistance, legal, medical, and psychosocial services.
